Speed and agility training improves balance and enhances natural reflexes which helps you to move faster in almost everything you do.

About The Trainer

Ashanti Robinson, also known as “A.R.”, is the owner and lead Certified Personal Trainer for Miami Knockout Fitness. 

 

"I’m passionate and dedicated to helping individuals reach their maximum potential.  I will apply exercise and motivational strategies to help clients maintain a healthy lifestyle."

 

He received his Bachelor of Science in Human Performance and Wellness and a Master of Science in Physical Education concentrating in Athletic Administration. He uses his academic credentials and passion for fitness to consistently empower individuals who want to accomplish their fitness goals and maintain a positive self-image.
